Arizona native and a proud graduate of Arizona State University. She has spent seven years diving deep into the world of commercial insurance—so deep that her friends and family affectionately call her an insurance nerd. With a blend of sharp analytical skills and a warm, approachable manner, Melinda has helped countless businesses navigate the perilous waters of liability, risk management, and coverage gaps. In her time outside the office, Melinda is busy orchestrating the joyful chaos of her household:

• – A supportive husband who doubles as her taste-tester   
• – Two dogs, one cat, and a remarkably resilient Betta fish 

Melinda is a self-proclaimed foodie who delights in both cooking ambitious meals and hunting down the best local bites in Phoenix. When she’s not cooking for her large extended family, she is often knee-deep in home projects and organizing projects for friends and family.
